Who is Minho Kim?

Minho Kim, of Silver Spring MD, formerly competed with a 2000 Honda
Prelude that had upgrades such as Volk Racing wheels, Jackson Racing Super Charger, Ground Designs 2000 kit, Full interior, and a custom Yellow paint job. Once he decided that the Prelude had run its life, he decided to move on to his next project, a 2003 Nissan 350z Track Edition. With his many contacts here in the US as well as in Japan, he has been able to build this project vehicle with a combination of rare parts as well as those that have been highly commercialized. With the help of Harry Nguyen and Ken Nhan of Car Trenz (Rockville MD), it has only taken a year to build the car he envisioned in his dreams. With these three individuals working together, they came up with the blue print that mixes performance with style.

My advice to new comers:
When do you draw line and say there is nothing else that can be done. I recently got to the point where I can sit back and say that I am proud of all the recognition that this vehicle has brought to me and the people that helped make my vision a reality. Build your car for yourself, and be proud to show it off. Just because you enter a show and you don’t place doesn’t mean you don’t deserve it. We’ve all been there before. At the end of the day you want to be able to look at your car and be proud for what it is.
