Ethics Committee

The Ethics Committee was formed to investigate any alleged unethical behavior or practices involving NCCA Officials or Members. This committee will not investigate or become involved in investigations related to judging or classification disputes or discrepancies.

The NCCA shall have the sole authority to disqualify any competitor or vehicle from any event and / or the remainder of the season if offenses so warrant. Such violations or offenses shall include, but not be limited to assaulting, threatening, or displaying poor sportsmanship toward any NCCA official, staff member, other vehicle owner, venue personnel and / or
generic public; burning rubber in the venue, extreme profanity and / or throwing of trophies.
