The Sole Purpose of the Appeals Committee is to investigate judging or classification disputes or discrepancies.

The appeals committee has been formed to give a specific place where a competitor may dispute the results from a sanctioned NCCA event. Third party disputes are not valid and will not be responded to, if you have a dispute about your results, you MUST submit your inquiry within 48 hours of the conclusion of the event.
